Rio Lint’s Terms of Service

Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures or banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me for commercial works, there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

I own all rights to the work unless the EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS license is purchased. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.

I am allowed to post on my social media unless the EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS license is purchased. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

Listed prices are the base price. The price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

Rough deadline for completion will require additional fees. If not stated otherwise, allow me at most three (3) months to complete the commission. Though usually I finish the piece within 2-3 weeks.

Please provide as many references as you can. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or left up to my discretion. I keep the right to decline any corrections which are not based upon provided visual references.

Changing or adding references throughout the process may require additional fees (if not stated otherwise).

I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.

After confirming the phase and getting to the next one, any changes to the previous ones will require additional fees.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee.

I accept payments via buymeacoffee platform.

You can pay upfront or split the payment in halves (the second half must be paid after approving the sketch).

Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your piece.

There are no refunds.
